Percent=Per cent=1/100

            %=1/100

            100%==1/1    => 100*1/100=1
            50%==1/2    =>50*1/100=1/2
            33.33%==1/3
            25%==1/4
            20%==1/5
            16.66==1/6
            14.28==1/7
            12.5%==1/8
            11.11%==1/9
            10%==1/10

           if the price of something increase with 33.33%  which is equivalent 1/3 its means the previous value of thing is 100% and after increasing it is 133.33%

            133.33%=100%+33.33%
            133.33%=1+1/3            (100%==1,  33.33%==1/3)
                           =4/3
 if the price of something decrease with 33.33%  which is equivalent 1/3 its means the previous value of thing is 100% and after decreasing it is 66.66%

            66.66%=100%33.33%
            66.66%=1-1/3            (100%==1,  33.33%==1/3)
                           =2/3

     Example 1-the value of table is increased with the 14.28% and the previous value of table is 1400.

            14.28==1/7
            previous value is 1/1 time now after increasing 1/7 times is equal to the 8/7 time

                            1+1/7=8/7
             ans=(8/7)*1400=1600.

 Example 2-the value of table is increased with the 25% and the previous value of table is 1000.

            now price times is 1+1/4=5/4
            (5/4)*1000=1250.

Example 3-the value of table is decrease with the 12.50% and the previous value of table is 2400.
           .
            now price times is 1-1/8=7/8
            (7/8)*2400=2100.
Example 4-After an Increment  of 16.66% in the cost of machine ,it becomes rs 4900 .find the initial cost of machine?

            now after increasing the price 7/6 times is equal to the 4900
                  7/6 ratio =4900
                   1 ratio =4200.
